Business Taxes
Business owners are required to pay certain taxes based on the type of business they operate. Below is a list of common business taxes, along with information on which businesses are required to file them, as well as our pricing for preparing and filing these forms.
Sales Tax

Required for certain businesses depending on the services they provide.

To file monthly sales tax on your behalf, we require your business’s total income and expenses to be provided each month.

Costs for this service:

If income and expenses are provided totaled — $50
-
If expenses are not provided totaled (bank statements only) — an average of $115 in additional accounting fees may apply, depending on the time required to organize and sort records.
Quarterly Estimated Taxes

Required for individuals that receive self-employment income as there is no income tax witholding.

These taxes are paid every three months out of the year -- within a year a total of 4 payments are made.

We require total business income & expenses for those three months in order to file them on your behalf.
