Business Taxes

Business owners are required to pay certain taxes based on the type of business they operate.
Below is a list of common business taxes, along with information on which businesses are required to file them.

Sales Tax 

  • Required for certain businesses depending on the services they provide and products they sell.

To file monthly sales tax on your behalf, we require your business’s total income and expenses to be provided each month.

Quarterly Estimated Taxes

  • Required for individuals that receive self-employment income as there is no income tax witholding. 

  • These taxes are paid every three months out of the year -- within a year a total of 4 payments are made. 

We require total business income & expenses for those three months in order to file them on your behalf.

Payroll Taxes

  • Required for all businesses that hire employees and need to withhold federal income tax on their compensation. 

  • These taxes are to be filed every quarter during the fiscal year. 

Depending on your business and structure, a business could be liable for all 3 of these tax filings (sales, quarterly, & payroll taxes).
